Carmen Electra Settles with Naked Wrestling League

LOS ANGELES -- Carmen Electra has settled a lawsuit with the Naked Women's Wrestling League and others over money she said she was owed for hosting duties and use of her image on DVDs.

The 37-year-old former "Baywatch" actress, whose real name is Tara Patrick, claimed officials at the Naked Women's Wrestling League promised to pay her $400,000 for hosting several events, but she only received 25 percent of that amount and was owed $300,000.

Electra further alleged that the Wrestling League released DVDs featuring her image, including "Twin Peaks," "Operation Naked Storm," "Tag Team Dream" and "Bush vs. Hussein," without payment.

Her attorney, Todd W. Bonder said the DVD sales represented the most important part of his client's lawsuit.

The terms of the settlement were not released.

Electra has appeared in various films -- among them "Epic Movie" and "Scary Movie 4" -- and in television shows, as well as in commercials for Max Factor, Taco Bell and Ritz Camera.
